Rok plc ("the Company") 
 
 
The Company was advised on 11 May that three directors and two PDMRs purchased 
shares at 56.5p per share under the Company's BAYE Scheme as follows: 
 
 
Garvis Snook - 277 ordinary 2p shares 
Ashley Martin - 277 ordinary 2p shares 
Rob Olorenshaw - 277 ordinary 2p shares 
Claire Hamon - 278 ordinary 2p shares 
Julian Turnbull - 277 ordinary 2p shares 
 
 
Following these purchases, the revised shareholdings and interests of these 
directors/PDMRs is as follows: 
 
 
Garvis Snook now has a direct holding of 550,964 ordinary shares in the Company 
and an indirect holding of 977,419 ordinary shares vested under the LTIP scheme 
but not yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.86% of the 
issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards of 1,379,323 
ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 44,944 ordinary shares 
vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan and 47,402 ordinary shares unvested under 
the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Ashley Martin now has a direct holding of 599,812 ordinary shares in the Company 
and an indirect holding of 26,771 ordinary shares vested under the LTIP scheme 
but not yet exercised. These holdings represent approximately 0.35% of the 
issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 945,823 
ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 30,084 ordinary shares 
unvested under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Rob Olorenshaw now has a direct holding of 41,903 ordinary shares, representing 
approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds 
unvested awards over 436,625 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together 
with 21,772 ordinary shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Claire Hamon now has a direct holding of 35,737 ordinary shares in the Company, 
representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. She 
also holds unvested awards of 129,433 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, 
together with 8,571 ordinary shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Julian Turnbull now has a direct holding of 438,200 ordinary shares and an 
indirect interest of 61,236 ordinary shares vested under the LTIP scheme but not 
yet exercised. These holdings representing approximately 0.28% of the issued 
share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 140,180 
ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 16,078 ordinary shares 
unvested under the Deferred Bonus Plan.
