Rok plc ("the Company") 
 
 
The Company was advised on 14 April that three directors and two PDMRs purchased 
shares at 58p per share under the Company's BAYE Scheme as follows: 
 
 
Garvis Snook - 269 ordinary 2p shares 
Ashley Martin - 269 ordinary 2p shares 
Rob Olorenshaw - 269 ordinary 2p shares 
Claire Hamon - 268 ordinary 2p shares 
Julian Turnbull - 269 ordinary 2p shares 
 
 
Following these purchases, the revised shareholdings and interests of these 
directors/PDMRs is as follows: 
 
 
Garvis Snook now has a direct holding of 550,687 ordinary shares in the Company 
and an indirect holding of 941,724 ordinary shares vested under the LTIP scheme 
but not yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.83% of the 
issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards of 1,415,018 
ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 44,944 ordinary shares 
vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan and 47,402 ordinary shares unvested under 
the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Ashley Martin now has a direct holding of 599,535 ordinary shares, representing 
approximately 0.33% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds 
unvested awards over 972,594 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together 
with 30,084 ordinary shares unvested under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Rob Olorenshaw now has a direct holding of 41,626 ordinary shares, representing 
approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds 
unvested awards over 436,625 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together 
with 21,772 ordinary shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Claire Hamon now has a direct holding of 53,327 ordinary shares in the Company, 
Representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company. She 
also holds unvested awards of 129,433 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, 
together with 8,571 ordinary shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Julian Turnbull now has a direct holding of 437,923 ordinary shares and an 
indirect interest of 59,005 ordinary shares vested under the LTIP scheme but not 
yet exercised. These holdings representing approximately 0.28% of the issued 
share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 142,411 
ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 16,078 ordinary shares 
unvested under the Deferred Bonus Plan.
