The Company was advised on 26 March 2009 that a Director of the Company, Rob 
Olorenshaw, had exercised on 23 March 2009 nil cost options over 8,905 ordinary 
shares in the Company granted to him under the terms of the Company's Deferred 
Bonus Plan and sold 3,670 ordinary shares at a price of 38.75p per share. These 
shares were purely sold to pay the necessary tax and National Insurance costs 
associated with the exercise of awards under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Following these transactions, Rob Olorenshaw's interest in the Company has 
increased to 41,357 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the 
issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 436,625 
ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 21,772 ordinary shares
