(This case covers both: (a) an investigation of the anticipated merger under the
Enterprise Act 2002 merger regime; and (b) consideration of whether a
notification should be given to Robert Wiseman Dairies plc (Wiseman) that the
anticipated acquisition is unlikely to give rise to any adverse effects
specified in the MMC Report entitled  "Robert Wiseman Dairies plc and Scottish
Pride Holdings plc - A report on the proposed merger" (Cm 3504) under the
undertakings given by Wiseman following that report.)
