Robeco N.V. requests for delisting from the LSE. 
 
The board of directors of Robeco N.V., a public company with variable capital incorporated under 
the laws of The Netherlands, having its corporate seat and registered office at, Coolsingel 120 
(3011 AG),  Rotterdam, The Netherlands ("Robeco") has requested the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") 
and UK Listing Authority to voluntarily de-list Robeco from the London Stock Exchange.) 
 
The delisting would become effective from 8.00 am on 1 March, 2011, taking into account at least 
20 business days after this publication. 
 
Robeco N.V. is an open-end investment company that has its primary listing on Euronext Amsterdam 
by NYSE Euronext and the ordinary shares of Robeco ("Shares") are traded via Euronext Fund 
Service; 
 
The ISIN code of the Shares is NL0000289783; 
 
Robeco N.V. is listed on the Main Market segment of the London Stock Exchange (SEDOL: 3049130) and 
this is a standard listing; 
 
Besides the listing in Amsterdam and London, Robeco N.V. is currently also listed on stock 
exchanges in Switzerland (SIX Swiss Exchange), Germany (Deutsche Börse), Luxembourg (Bourse de 
Luxembourg), Austria (Wiener Börse), Belgium (Euronext Brussels) and France (Euronext Paris); 
 
Historically the listings on the different exchanges were done to increase the exposure of Robeco 
N.V. and exchanges acted as a distribution platform where intraday trading was facilitated. From a 
trading facility point of view, there no longer is a need to maintain the UK listing. Furthermore 
volumes traded on the London Stock Exchange are low. Cancellation of the UK listing would reduce 
complexity of meeting regulatory reporting requirements. 
 
Clients who want to subscribe or redeem their shares can still do so by placing their orders on 
the Euronext Amsterdam or one of the above mentioned exchanges.
