(the "Bondholders" and the "Bonds" respectively) 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Bonds that, at the meeting 
(the "Meeting") of such Bondholders held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, 
Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA on 7 September 2009 at 10.00 
a.m. (London time), the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of 
Meeting previously notified to Bondholders in accordance with the terms of the 
Bond Trust Deed dated 9 February 2009 for such Bonds was duly passed.
