Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has today sold GBP100,000,000 in principal amount of its Bonds.

In accordance with the trust deed dated on 5 December 2014 which constituted and secured the Bonds (the "Bond Trust Deed"), the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as detailed in the Offering Circular dated 3 December 2014.

Following the sale, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Bonds in issue will be GBP250,000,000 under the Programme, of which GBP0 are Retained Bonds held by or on behalf of the Issuer.
