The boards of One Housing Group Limited (a community benefit society with registered number 20453R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number LH0171 - "One") and The Riverside Group Limited (a community benefit society with registered number 30938R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4552 - "Riverside" the parent of One) have agreed to look at the possibility of a Transfer of Engagements from One to Riverside before the end of the current financial year (31 March 2023).
