Took 50k

Cash almost 4 million. Market cap at 8p mid which is around the buy price currently is 3.6 mil.

440 mil shares left to sell. 40 mil just got 1.1 mil so at current prices
they should get at least 10 million for them. So NAV wise 14 mil or 4 times
current market cap or 32p

No.

I left some sell orders one day on the Sets board and somehow they got filled
at fancy prices. I like the stock it's been good to me but I was not going to
make a mistake the second time around and trap my money when it goes dead. It's
cheap and should be valued at least 15p but the spread is killing this. Surprised nobody is trying cheeky orders at bid prices they may well get filled while it
is quiet.

flashing away on the monitor !

Oh I'm here! :) can't understand the problem here at all! Mc 4.3? Cash 3.47. 2.75 accessible and hinting at off loading up to 250k more shares in pucf bringing in @6m. Don't know what I'm missing tbh

I took a small position here today as I am intrigued to know what this money will be used for? The ease at which they are able to liquidise their asset is brilliant.... A licence to print money it seems. anyone holding here?

It's a strange Rns.

First they have done the right thing offloading 50 million, seems the directors
have took it all and they got a good price 0.14.

But then they say they might buy them back.....no no no.

What is the point of saying they want to release value for shareholders then
say they might buy them back if holding all these shares is the reason the price
of RHM is so low in the first place.

If they are working for shareholders they sell all of PUC even if they get a lower price then they sit with cash worth more than market cap, then the shares will
rerate. For now they have put the breaks on it again. Current price is about right even if the NAV is way higher than current price.

And here is the Puc link

Slightly concerning is the drop in price from 0.17 to 0.155 maybe PUC holders over there are selling knowing that RHM are more than likely going to vote to sell stock. All depends how they plan to sell. If they sell in the market it's obviously going to drop the price. Still cheap but the value could go if the price keeps falling so keep an eye with that link above.

Not sure how the price was held down today.

On ISDX there 140k of buys v 10k of sales.

On the ord approx 240k of buys v 56k of sales (15k AT 10.75p is a buy)

380k v 66k of sales.

It's getting there but I expect 12/13-14/15p today which never happened

Just like the 15k did at 10.75p when everybody else paid 12p+ this morning.

A few losing patience and we have to clear out flopinfo and dorothy although they
probably have sold already despite their 50p soon posts.

People should ring their brokers and place buy orders at 10, 10.5p and 11p bid they may well get filled.

Every "investing" shell at the moment on Aim is both popular and valued at way more than the cash they hold.

RHM will soon be in the unique position of becoming another investing stock but with cash worth more than market cap and still retain a stake worth more than current market cap.

Unless of course the shares re-rate in the meantime.

How do the directors intend to increase value to shareholders so they can at least get some reward, unless they return some as dividends, which they appear not to want to do.
