                          Capital Reorganisation Update

The  Company today announces an update for shareholders in relation to the  sale
of  fractional entitlements pursuant to the Capital Reorganisation as  announced
on 30 June 2006.

Under  the proposed terms of the Capital Reorganisation, Shareholders  who  held
fewer  than  40,000  ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each  were  not  entitled  to
receive any new ordinary shares of 16 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

However  fractional entitlements which arose were due to be aggregated and  sold
in  the  market for the benefit of Shareholders and distributed to them,  except
that  any  net proceeds which after the deduction of the expenses of  sale  were
less than £5.00 would be retained for the benefit of the Company.

The  fractional  entitlements have now been sold at a  price  of  20  pence  per
Ordinary  Share..   As no shareholder was due proceeds of £5.00  or  greater  as
stipulated,  the proceeds from the sale of the fractional entitlements  will  be
retained for the benefit of the Company.
