RESOURCES IN INSURANCE GROUP PLC
("RiIG", the "Group" or the "Company")
Application for 40,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to be Admitted to Trading
On 28 August 2012, the Company announced it had successfully placed 40,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with existing and new shareholders at 0.50p, a premium on the current price, raising GBP200,000 for working capital.
The Company is pleased to announce that application has now been made for these 40,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 5 September 2012.
All of the new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
The Company now has 389,995,709 Ordinary Shares in issue.
