15/9/2009 09:12 | Took a small hit on them, not tying up a grand in this market, nothing bad but nothing exciting in those results so i'll use that money for trading elsewhere ! | 8trade
14/9/2009 23:19 | safman !...any day now i would say ! "I expect the interim results, which we anticipate announcing mid-September, to show a significant improvement on the same period last year. The second half of the year is predicted to show continued improvement, in part due to the reduction in costs following the sale of the loss adjusting division in April, which will be coupled with further financial gains from new business wins" | 8trade
14/9/2009 10:09 | Thanks. Wish i could sell on plus, it's showing 1.2-1.5p ! :-)) Definately a glitch or mistake. edit...back to 0.6-0.8p :-)) | 8trade

10/9/2009 16:20 | I will if the price stays there saffy, just looking in all the accounts, everything is going up, it would be foolish to sell a winner to buy this today, if i sell something tomorrow i will get 100k but right now i need to hold everything and no spare funds, the market is so good right now. | 8trade

31/8/2009 17:41 | No, Zoo is on my monitor and i have traded in the past, just wondered why all the excitment when it was clear all the profits were made by favourable currency movements so wondered if there was something new, chart does say good news coming but incredibly illiquid this one. | 8trade
31/8/2009 17:22 | I have sent an email to the company and hopefully they will repsond. If I hear anything I will let you know I see your are also invested in Zoo | afrorich
30/8/2009 16:20 | Very true and why so many shares have a good rise on the run upto results but fall on results day no matter how good they are. | 8trade
30/8/2009 14:57 | that spoils the fun its the anticipation that makes it all worth while... | afrorich
30/8/2009 13:52 | Only 3 weeks maximum for interim results so might as well wait for them rather than guesswork on this thread imo. | 8trade
30/8/2009 11:42 | if pretaX losses WHERE £636,203 last year and their was a non recurring cost of £300,000 in the pre-tax loss. then that would equate to about 323000 pound loss without recurring cost. If business remained the same then they would report a 50% decrease in cost anyway as the one off cost of 300000 would not be included this year. have i got this right ? or are you guys expecting to see a further reduction not inlcluding the one off cost hope this is clear if not let me know. | afrorich
29/8/2009 12:54 | 8trade it looks like the insurance market is making a v. strong recovery indeed, Insurers post record results Hopes that the UK general insurance industry will emerge relatively unscathed from the economic downturn grew on Tuesday after Admiral and Hiscox reported record results. | safman
28/8/2009 15:34 | Giving up a lot of it's gains simply due to the fact that most of the sellers are those who bought thinking it would jump 200% and thus make easy money. I'm going to hold and see what happens, was fortunate to get in near the low so happy to let it run and see what happens. | 8trade
28/8/2009 13:42 | I don't follow this one much & no idea how the unit sale affects things, but the Board said this two weeks ago- "Interim results, which will be announced in mid September, are expected to show losses reduced by approximately 50% compared with the same period for the previous year." | jhan66
28/8/2009 13:21 | just a question if they showed a loss of 636000 and 300000 of which was non recurring loss which would have been taken care in the previous years accounts. Then am i right to assume that their is a reasonable chance that they will post some profit in this year. (any ideas what you are expecting) the trading statement seemed very upbeat. only investigating this stock at the mo | afrorich
28/8/2009 11:33 | 8trade, seen these @0.6p but had no funds. Although once any share has risen past what I wanted to pay, I will not buy. Surprised if you got in late, since you usually just stick to the guarenteed returns, such as OHM, PPA, TND. See you over on the OHM thread, where I will be seriously averaging down. | lord santafe |
