GBP27,200,000 Class B Notes due March 2041 (ISIN: XS0398242056 Common Code: 039824205)

GBP9,500,000 Class C Notes due March 2041 (ISIN: XS0398242304 Common Code: 039824230)

(together the "Notes")

issued by Residential Mortgage Securities 23 Plc (the "Issuer")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Noteholders of the novation by Kensington Mortgages Limited in its capacity as Cash/Bond Administrator and Special Servicer (the "Relevant Roles") to Kensington Mortgage Company Limited ("KMC") and the appointment of KMC in the Relevant Roles. Such novation and appointment was effective on 14 June 2018 at 0:01am. KMC will perform the Relevant Roles in accordance with and will be bound by the terms of the relevant Transaction Documents.
