Further to the announcement made on 10 October 2014, the Company has today 
published a circular to shareholders in connection with the recommended 
proposals for the members' voluntary liquidation of the Company and the 
cancellation of admission of the Company's shares to listing on the Official 
List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the 
"Circular"). 
 
A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and 
will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
