                       Interim Results announcement date



GeneMedix plc, which is dual listed in London and Singapore, will be announcing
its results for the 6 months ended 31st May 2003 on Wednesday, 27th August 2003.
The results will be released simultaneously on both exchanges at 4.30pm BST
that day.


There will be an analyst meeting at 9.00am the following day, 28th August, at
