RESULT OF AGM 
 
 
ReEnergy announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, 
all resolutions were passed. The resolutions passed include two ordinary 
resolutions to accept the resignation from the board of directors of Roger 
Hewitt and Tony Morgan.
