The date mentioned in paragraph 2 has been changed from 22 February 2009 to 24

Resignation of Nominated Adviser 
Following the announcement on 21 January 2009 that Shay Bannon and Antony 
Nygate of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP had been appointed as joint administrators of the 
Company's trading subsidiary, the Real Hotel Company plc, the Company announces 
that KBC Peel Hunt Ltd has today resigned as nominated adviser of the Company 
with immediate effect. 
 
It is unlikely that another nominated adviser will be appointed and, unless that 
occurs, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled on 24 February 
2009.
