                     Reed Health Group plc ("Reed Health")

                           Notification of De-listing

Following the Recommended Increased Offers from James Reed & Partners plc
("JRP") becoming unconditional in all respects and JRP having, by virtue of its
shareholdings and acceptances of the Recommended Increased Offers, acquired or
agreed to acquire at least 75 per cent of the issued share capital of Reed
Health, Reed Health will today apply to the FSA and the London Stock Exchange
for the cancellations, respectively, of the listing of the Reed Health Ordinary
Shares on the Official List and the trading of Reed Health Ordinary Shares on
the London Stock Exchange.

It is anticipated that such cancellations will, subject to the Listing Rules and
the Rules of the FSA, take effect on 16 January 2006, being not less that 20
business days after the date of this announcement.
