RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Red Emperor Resources NL (ASX/AIM: RMP) ("Red Emperor" or the "Company") announces that the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting held earlier today were all duly passed.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001, the following details of proxy votes are provided in respect of each of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual Meeting dated 18 September 2019.
