Recycled Waste plc ("Recycled Waste" or the "Company")

Pursuant to the announcement on 6 May 2003, Recycled Waste today announce that
it has procured indicative commitments for funding that will enable it to
restructure and regenerate the business. Assuming such indicative commitments
are delivered, it is anticipated that the Company will send out a circular to
shareholders outlining the transactions and seeking shareholder approval during
the first week of July.
