The Company was informed on 6 October 2011 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, had on the 6 October 2011 purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR0.65 per OrdinaryShare.
