The Fund Company taken up @ 15:13:41 , 17-Dec-2010 3.55pm, @500,000 for 17,750.00 + another 3,500 = 21K , we will see how much fold we can do here.

Cash Flow is Good....to this company, we understand the Debt but the Perspective is immense on Batterseas, rumuros that Saudi guys has tied up with REO to take a PUNT on Batterseas. This is not free advise. Play for 3months - 1 year, would see 50p to - 150p.

Patience is the Key here. Medium term 4-7 months will see at least 15 - 25p. Battersea project has strong support from Wandworth Council, likely 100% approval from Boris.

I am still here cheers Norwegian....

As I stated at the time I sold 50% of my holdings to recover my original investment....

What is everyone's problem with that I stated before that I intended to bail out 50% of my holdings if it went up 100%...???

What is the problem with that....Please inform me as I am lost....I thought we was here to make money....Doh my mistake...I have not misled anyone I stated I was in it for the gamble, I stated my position& stuck to it...as it goes I should have bailed out the lot but happy longer term to let my free money ride.

The developer of Battersea Power Station is to pay more than £200million towards the cost of an extension to the Northern line.

DTZ notes Ireland is the world's most vulnerable commercial real-estate market because it faces the biggest gap in funding relative to its size for refinancing debt, Bloomberg reports

The $6.5 billion shortfall for debt coming due through 2013 is equivalent to 16 percent of the value of Ireland's commercial real estate investment market, according to DTZ research.

I dont believe people have 'agenda's'
I think people have their opinion as to where they think the stock will go and like to read various viewpoints - and people are entitled to be enthusiastic

But you, you have no financial interest but set yourself up as judge and jury
as to what others 'agenda' is

I'm sorry if in the past you have lost money by not 'dyor'
but get that chip off your shoulder and move on
you will be much happier and who knows people might even enjoy your posts

Well if you had read an earlier post by me you would have read that I am not a holder of REO, never was and never will be.

However I am more familiar than most with the background of this company. They may be developing Battersea Power Station but 15 of their 17 developments are in Ireland.

Excellent posts by LBO are ignored simply because the likes of Comedy & Chesty1 & Joe_Public (not heard from him in weeks) wish to ignore the true facts of the REO Balance sheet.
And what about the claim of "20p in days" made on 12th Nov.

I would not like to see innocent people buy REO because of the ramping of others.

i think scott i never got the peak price here as i was convinced it was going to 10p...so i never sold the first day we went past 5p anyway...

now this is a fundamental point...if i'm telling people to buy and at same time selling would i then admit i had sold? would i not be an idiot then to sell and admit i had sold if my game plan all along is to get people in while i sell???

so if i'm dishonest to do that why would i be honest to post i had sold?

It's not about who tips what !

It's about dumping stock when ramping on a thread saying the price
is going to double, i could not care less that you have had more winners
than me, i'm not surprised as you trade about 500 penny stocks a year
so it's too east to pick out the ones that have soared after you sold
and said i tipped that, i was on that GKP thread as well at 5p remember
but i dont go around claiming that was my super tip just because i
bought them at 5p.

I dont dump stocks whilst posting on threads that the price is going to
double so the sooner you accept you were wrong here the better.

keep making it up scott...i bought reh at the 8p/9.p zone when overhang was in play...so dont start telling me it's my gang nonsense...

i pointed out gkp when overhang in the 5p/7p zone and have a list of overhang plays where pointed them out....i pointed out tpj recently people could have made 300% on it and even now if we get an offer people will make a decent return...

pointed out bip last week..enrt but not mine

well zest/tstr/alo/chc/arc the list is endless...
