Raven Property Group Limited ("Raven" or the "Company")

Proposed purchase by the Company of its own ordinary shares

The Board of Raven announces that the Company has entered into discussions with certain institutional shareholders to buy back ordinary shares in the Company from these shareholders off market at a price of 36 pence per share in cash.

Any transaction or transactions to buy back shares is likely to be in excess of the Company's existing 10% general authority to buy back shares and will therefore be conditional, inter alia, on ordinary shareholders, preference shareholders and convertible preference shareholders passing the resolutions necessary to authorise the transaction.

A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
