Raven Property Group Limited ("Raven" or the "Company")

Completion of acquisition

On 13 August 2018, the Board announced that a subsidiary of the Company had entered into two conditional agreements ('the Agreements") for the acquisition of a logistics park in Moscow subject to the satisfaction of certain escrow arrangements. The Agreements provided for the subsidiary of the Company to acquire a completed warehouse complex from Industrialniy park "Sever" Limited Liability Company and "Astreya" Joint Stock Company for an initial cash consideration of RUR 2.45billion ($35.6million) with RUR 160.0 million ($2.3 million) deferred for between six to eight months following completion and payable on the fulfillment of the Sellers' obligations under the Agreements.

The Board is pleased to announce that completion of the acquisition took place yesterday, 12 September 2018.

Nice to see occupancy rising very nicely and a minor return to building, going forward there is going to be a lot of pnl noise with split ruble and dollar streams and valuations creating havoc .... at the end of the day underlying cash earnings are what will matter and those will be going up by the looks of things !

They are on my radar. Forecast to yield 7% over the next two years, with potential recovery in the share price.

I just bought a small clip of these to get back in again, etalon just came out with excellent results, prices are rising nicely in Moscow/ st Petersburg and we are back to strong oil revenues situation and a nicely growing economy at 44p they are too cheap ...

I sold my small holding of these after the tender. Thought World Cup would help Russia economy. Prob has but not moving RAV. Seems the pref shares might be better. I can't advise. Check out other threads. MU

Given the progress of the Russian equity market ( see JRS ) , I am somewhat surprised to see the price drifting down to 43p , 17% below the last tender price of 52p . I am tempted to put a 42p buy limit on to replenish the shares lost in the tender issue . Any thoughts ?

Finally got access back to my small holding of RAV today. In the tender, managed to get 1 in 6 taken up rather than 1 in 17, so not bad.
