It's not unheard of.....all you need is a bit of momentum and who knows where the share price will end up?

Think a lot of people got RCI wrong.

How many companies can get almost £1.75million from a single fund when the cap is less than £6m as it then was when the news came out?

They paid over the odds for shares which they could have bought on the open market for far less. I bought some at 32.88p the other day!!

Doesn't take an Einstein to figure out these guys wouldn't invest that kind of money unless they were pretty certain of a very nice return!!

The deal with Hewlett Packard and this dosh will see RCI rocket up. They have a solid product line with over 42,000 customers and are on a huge drive to secure ever increasing number of customers in a hugely growing sector...what's not to like?

"Final dividend of RM 0.0345 per share (approximately £0.006), subject to shareholder approval"

Hope that clears up your confusion.

no that isn't correct under companies law.

A dividend for 2014 would be called a final (since the accounting period has ended) and would have needed to be approved by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM. If you announce and interim dividend then it refers to the account period you are in, namely 2015.

Gocanes, think you'll find the interim divi payable in 2015 is in respect of 2014 profits. divis can only be paid from profits and as 2015 yr has not ended then cannot declare a divi at the mo'

forgot to mention, interesting comment about an interim dividend for 2015. What about the dividend for 2014? Was forecast at 0.99 per share but the announcement suggests this will be zero

what could help this company is more news of contracts AND Directors (note plural) buying substantial shares in the company. Don't know why they wouldn't if they think the company is that great....until then the share price will drift

revenues up 10% on Allenby's forecasts (17.8m vs 16.1m) which is good BUT net profit down 32% (3.11m vs 4.58m), cash down 47%(3.9m vs 7.4m)and receivables up 39% (11.1m vs 8m). Interestingly, no current cash or receivables figures.

Do you get the impression they were just sending invoices to meet the revenue target?

"Our business continues to be ... cash generative" - really? Numbers don't show that. Maybe should have been "Our business continues to be ... receivables generative"

Don't hold your breath for a large dividend with those cash figures....

No dividend declared!! Greater profits compared to last yr when a dividend was paid but not this year: an interim divi as some point. needs more than that to get the share price moving.

Looks like we have another push North here with results due next week......not the retrace some expected but as I said, technical analysis on small volume AIM shares rarely works.

Well doesn't look that way now. MP.................But anyway call it a bit of a breather, after all it's Friday and not much happens on a Friday.
