should get results in a few weeks, and better idea of realisation on that increasing NAV, some one bought a few the other week knocking the price up a bit.

Well NAV is currently 30p which could in theory be returned to investors but the market is putting a discount on this of over 30% given the current price. Of course the NAV would likely appreciate if the market recovers as it fell a fair bit over the summer malaise. 30% seems a bit mean to me.

Following a board meeting of the Company, the Board have resolved to return to Shareholders 4p per Share by way of a bonus issue of B Shares to Shareholders on the Company's register on the record date of 20 January 2012. The Company's Shares will have an ex-date of 18 January 2012.

Following their issue the B Shares will be immediately redeemed by the Company on a pro rata basis. The redemptions will have a settlement date of 25 January 2012.

The Company's Shares will have an ex-date of 27th April 2011.

Following their issue the B Shares will be immediately redeemed by the Company on a pro rata basis. The redemptions will have a settlement date of 6 May 2011.

Well currently able to buy at 32p seems like bloody good value so have taken some more.

FY results
Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share at 31 December 2010 was 50.49p.
Only a small sale since then so I assume that 50p is about right but based on the assumptions made in the annual report as most not quoted.
