   Cancellation of admission to trading on the Alternative Investment Market


On 8 November 2002 Altium Capital made an offer (the "Offer"), on behalf of
Britannia Living Limited ("Britannia Living") for the whole of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Range Cooker Company PLC ("Range").  Earlier today
it was announced by Britannia Living that, all conditions of the Offer having
been satisfied or waived, the Offer has been declared unconditional in all
respects.

The Offer Document dispatched to Shareholders in respect of the Offer stated
that Britannia Living intended, if sufficient acceptances of the Offer were
received, to procure that Range apply for the cancellation of the admission to
trading of Range Shares on AIM.

Accordingly, the Board of Range announces that the admission to trading of Range
Shares will be cancelled with effect from 7:00 a.m. on 13 January 2002.

Britannia Living has stated that, as sufficient acceptances have been received
under the Offer, it intends to implement the provisions of sections 428 to 430F
of the Companies Act to acquire compulsorily all outstanding Range Shares.  A
letter, together with a statutory notice pursuant to section 429, will shortly
be posted to Shareholders who have not yet accepted the Offer.
