Answer to Qu1 is in Offer statement which says that other interested parties couldn't come up with the money. I'd also like an answer to qu2. (I can't believe that he's foregoing some of his share as an act of charity!) Investor Guru, Jim Slater advises against buying into companies where the directors own more than 30% of the shares- now I can see why! |
