Allotment of Shares

The Company has issued and allotted a total of 735,895 new ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") to an employee as part of their remuneration package.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 735,895 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 13 October 2021.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 275,211,268 Ordinary Shares, with no shares held in Treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 275,211,268 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
