Allotment of Shares/Director Dealing
In accordance with the contractual arrangements relating to Tom Solomon's annual bonus, a fixed proportion of the bonus is payable in shares and, accordingly, the Company has today transferred to Tom 111,525 ordinary shares from treasury and issued to Tom 88,670 new ordinary shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 88,670 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place on 19 March 2021.
As a result of this transaction there will be no shares held in Treasury and the total issued share capital and total voting rights in the Company will be 274,256,122.
