GBP100,000,000 6 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2042;

GBP100,000,000 4.622 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044; and

(the Bonds)

Further to the announcement on the 8(th) September, Silva Homes Limited (Silva) has today become a wholly owned subsidiary of Abri Group Limited (Abri), the parent of the Issuer.
