Radian Capital Plc (the Issuer)

£100,000,000 6 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2042;

£100,000,000 4.622 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044; and

£200,000,000 5.029 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2049

 

 

Further to the announcement on 18 October 2024, Octavia Housing (Octavia) has today become a wholly owned subsidiary of Abri Group Limited (Abri), the parent of the Issuer.
