Posted at 04/5/2023 21:01 by tomzimerman Are you aware of the rule change regarding which auditors companies are required to use and how few there are available etc. this isn't just mode related and most investors should actually understand this, if not like the termite probably best to keep their thoughts inside their tiny brain. Hope your well knocker |
Posted at 25/11/2022 17:59 by 1knocker Just think of the money shareholders would have saved if they had baled out when I pointed out the blindingly obvious about this company (price then in the 30s). Not many 'happy campers' now, methinks. Though I guess that if I could be bothered to scroll back I would find that Yump is still posting saying that he is a long term investor and that Mode is the pride of his kennel of dogs!! |
Posted at 27/10/2022 12:05 by vaston Mode adds new tokens as it bolsters its crypto trading offeringMode Global Holdings PLC (LSE: MODE), the LSE-listed Fintech Group, is pleased to announce that it is adding new cryptoassets to the platform. Ethereum (ETH) is now available to buy and sell for all Mode app users, with Solana and Polkadot to follow in the following 2 weeks Up to ten new crypto assets will be added to the Mode platform in a phased approach, as previously confirmed by the FCA. Ethereum (ETH) will be available to Mode users from today, following a successful soft launch to a select number of users one weeks ago. Initially, users will be able to trade these new tokens along with longstanding cryptoasset Bitcoin. Other features synonymous with Mode, such as cashback paid in crypto, the ability to pay with crypto and getting part or all of your salary paid in crypto are all amongst the future roadmap of the Mode platform. As an FCA registered business and listed firm, Mode takes their user needs very seriously, providing them with a safe and trusted platform to engage with crypto. Slowly adding these tokens will allow users to set their risk appetite and engage more broadly. In addition to this, the minimum purchase requirement has now reduced to £20, allowing investors to gain exposure with a small investment. Rita Liu, CEO of Mode Global Holdings PLC, commented: "We established Mode with a new and disruptive business model, using Bitcoin as the foundation. Now that our product set is established and we've evolved, we feel it's the right time to add a more diverse line up of tokens. When investing in traditional fiat currency, diversifying a portfolio is important to help spread risk and crypto is no different, so we're delighted to be able to offer more cryptoassets to Mode users." "We believe crypto is the future, and fast becoming an integral part of the financial services ecosystem. Despite recent price volatility, the sheer scale of investment both by retail and institutional investors shows that many believe in the concept, and now is a time for the industry to consolidate and put in place the infrastructure to support future growth." For more information, or to speak with Mode about the opportunity further, please get in touch with mode@mrm-london.com |
Posted at 25/8/2022 20:41 by avenue_of_revenue Too many bitter sad haters here with nothing better to do than trash talk. The same fools that bought in 20,30,40,50p. They cannot stand to see new investors buying in at 3,4,5p so all the losers gang up to downplay any rise. Get a life and move on. |
Posted at 24/8/2022 20:02 by one_frankel Unless you're part of those 'P & D' crews, stay away from such shares Zimerman as you'll get caught out with your shirt as they're well versed with playing tricks to lure the unsuspecting and believe me even the more 'Learned' investors get caught out! |
Posted at 11/8/2022 12:06 by 1knocker Its good to see that there is still one investor left who has confidence in Mode. Great oaks from small acorns grow. Two investors by market close, tomorrow the world? |
Posted at 02/8/2022 07:43 by jason_scrap Company isn't making enough money to repay loan. So yes they will be converted. Clearly investors didn't want to stump up any more cash otherwise there would have been a normal placing. Going down the CLN route tells you everything you need to know about where the business is headed long term, likely down the pan.In the meantime there's a ramp on lol |
Posted at 13/7/2022 07:05 by parsons4 The reporting from Mode is a bloody disgrace. Just read through the 21 accounts which are far too long, they must of cost a fortune to produce. The management here are living in cloud cuckoo land. I am down 14k with an average buy in price of 25p. What about all those poor investors who paid 55p at the last big placing. Was looking to average but not now. A take-over seems the best root GLA !!! |
Posted at 13/7/2022 06:16 by sos100 Jonathan Rowland, Mode Global Holdings' Executive Chairman comments: "Since Mode's inception, we have worked hard to develop a suite of products that offers long term value to businesses and consumers that modernize financial services The latest fundraising round shows that investors believe we have done that, and will continue to do so in the long term. In today's tough environment, our ability to close the fundraising round shows that we, and crypto, are here to stay. We look forward to continuing to deliver value to shareholders."We look forward to continuing to deliver value to shareholders." last bit is very poor given the fall |
Posted at 05/5/2022 17:54 by 1knocker Real investors know what they expect of an investment, and are willing to say what their expectations are. Mug punters just hit and hope, preening themselves as the heirs to Warren Buffet if their investments show a profit and blaming market makers' conspiracies when they show a loss. Mug punters are over the moon at today's rise, and real investors are congratulating themselves that they cut their losses when the price was three times today's close. That is why there are no entries in the sweepstakes - there are only mug punters left here and they have no clue what they expect, and lack the discipline to cut their losses. |
