Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT), an authorised 
closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, announces the 
following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") by a 
director of the Company. 
 
Chris Hill, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired on 1 October 2010, 
3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of US$7.375 pence per share.  Following this 
acquisition, Mr Hill has an interest in 3,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 
0.0367% of the Company's issued share capital.
