                          ("QuikTrak" or "The Company")

                     QUIKTRAK APPOINTS REGENT ASSOCIATES

London, 15 March 2004 - QuikTrak Networks plc (Ticker "QTR"), the secure
tracking and data messaging network operator, today announced that its has
appointed Regent Associates, a corporate finance company specialising in the
technology sector, to secure a strategic partner for QuikTrak to roll-out of the
network across the rest of the UK.

The appointment follows the considerable demand from the marketplace to extend
QuikTrak's secure and reliable tracking technology nationally. The intention is
to achieve coverage for 90% of the UK population and to launch a network in the
Netherlands - where a spectrum licence is already held - to take advantage of
signed contracts with the Dutch police, amongst others.

Phase I of the QuikTrak network was launched in September 2003 and covers the
Greater London and M25 area. Since the launch the Company has secured a number
of important contracts and commercial partnerships with companies such as
Addison Lee, Reliance Monitoring Services, Premier Geografix and Motrak (UK)
Limited and organisations such as the Metropolitan Police and the Elmbridge
Housing Trust.

Chris Kyriakou, CEO of QuikTrak Networks plc commented: "The demand for the
QuikTrak technology and its diverse applications is proven. What is essential
now is to roll-out the network as quickly as possible to cover a larger
geographic area in order to fulfil the demand from the market for a nationwide
secure and reliable national tracking and data messaging network. We are
confident of securing the right partner within a very short period of time."

Notes to editors

QuikTrak

QuikTrak is a telecommunications business that specialises in secure, reliable
and low-cost location, real-time tracking and mobile data communications. The
Company provides solutions for locating and tracking vehicles, people and mobile
assets through a terrestrial positioning network based on patented technology.

QuikTrak is able to locate objects or people that may be hidden from view;
unlike GPS-GSM systems it is almost impossible to jam and does not require '
line-of-sight'. This difference not only makes QuikTrak more effective and more
secure than existing tracking technologies but the system provides a lower cost
alternative to other tracking solutions available in the market.

QuikTrak Technology Applications

The potential applications for the technology are diverse, but currently
QuikTrak is focussing on a number of key areas including:

Lone Worker Protection - tracking of individuals who work alone such as
emergency services workers. The QuikTrak technology is to be trialled by a
number of UK police forces, local councils, service organisations and Primary
Health Care Trusts.

Commercial Fleet and Personnel Management - tracking of commercial vehicles
such as courier or freight companies. In this market the QuikTrak technology is
currently being trialled by companies such as a leading London-based courier
company and utility and services organisations.

Security Systems - such as asset security (for example cars, motorbikes,
plant and equipment) and alarm systems. In this market QuikTrak is currently
being trialled by a number of high profile companies.

QuikTrak Revenue Model

QuikTrak earns revenue from the sale of the tracking/messaging device. Ongoing
revenue is then secured by charging a recurring annual connection fee and for '
airtime usage.' The business model aims to partner with service providers in
specific sectors rather than seek to sell directly into the sector.
