BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 14, 2008) - QuestAir Technologies Inc.
(TSX:QAR)(AIM:QAR) announced today that the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of QuestAir
will be held on March 26, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown,
6083 McKay Avenue, Burnaby, BC. On February 18, 2008, the following materials were mailed to
shareholders of record as at February 13, 2008:

- QuestAir's Annual Report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007;

- Notice of meeting;

- Management information circular;

- A form of proxy; and

- Request for financial statements form.
