QuestAir Director Purchase under Share Purchase Plan

    QuestAir Announces Director Purchases under Employee Share Purchase Plan

    VANCOUVER, Dec. 4 /CNW/ - QuestAir Technologies Inc. (AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR)
announced today that two executive Directors have purchased common shares
under the company's Employee Share Purchase Plan ("Plan"). Purchases under the
Plan are made on behalf of participants by the Plan's independent
administrator on the Toronto Stock Exchange at regular quarterly intervals.
    Two executive Directors, Andrew Hall, President and Chief Executive
Officer, and Sherry Tryssenaar, Chief Financial Officer, are participants in
the Plan. Under the Plan, Mr. Hall and Ms. Tryssenaar purchased shares on
December 2, 2008 at an average price of CAD$0.2079.

    -   Mr. Hall purchased 12,027 shares bringing his total holdings to
        12,379 common shares, or 0.11% of shares outstanding.

    -   Ms. Tryssenaar purchased 15,703 shares bringing her total holdings to
        44,288 common shares, or 0.39% of shares outstanding.
