VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 29, 2009) - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an annual general 
meeting (the "Meeting") of the holders of the shares ("Shares") of Quest Capital Corp. (TSX:QC)(NYSE Alternext 
US:QCC)(NYSE Amex:QCC.A)(AIM:QCC) (the "Company") will be held at TSX Broadcast Centre, The Exchange Tower, 130 
King Street West, Toronto, ON M5X 1J2 on Thursday, May 21, 2009, at the hour of 2:30 pm, Toronto time, for the 
following purposes:

1. To receive the annual consolidated financial statements together with 
   the auditors' report thereon for the Company's financial year ended 
   December 31, 2008; 
 
2. To elect directors for the ensuing year; 
 
3. To appoint the auditors for the ensuing year; and 
 
4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting 
   and any adjournment(s) or postponement(s) thereof.
