of the Company, purchased 25,400 shares or approximately 0.017% of the issued and outstanding
share capital of the Company at an average price of $2.19 per share. Following the purchase of
these shares, Mr. Sinclair now holds 1,073,497 shares or approximately 0.73% of the Company.
