    Application has been made to AIM to increase the Company's Block Scheme by 1,255,000 common shares and it is anticipated that the
increase will become effective on 1 September 2008.  As of 1 September 2008, the number of common shares issuable under the Block Scheme
will be 12,474,667 common shares of no par value in the Company.
    As at the date of this announcement the Company has 146,789,711 common shares in issue.   

    As at 16 February 2006, the date of the Company's admission to AIM, the Company had an issued 
    share capital of 119,265,568 common shares with no par value admitted to trading on AIM.
