Vancouver, British Columbia, March 14, 2007 - Quest Capital Corp. reports that
an application has been made to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for
the block admission of 1,525,000 common shares issuable on the exercise of
options. It is expected that admission will be effective on 16 March 2007. The
shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
