Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") on 20(th) April 2012 purchased, in accordance with the ESAP's rules and on behalf of all ESAP participants, 7,359 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 292 pence each.

Under the terms of the ESAP, participating members, including employees and certain Directors of the Company, contribute a fixed amount to the Trustee on a monthly basis. The Trustee acquires a number of shares in the Company at the end of the contribution period (the "Period") (normally 6 months) based upon the contributions made in the preceding period and determined by the lowest share price at either the beginning of the Period or on the purchase day. The share price used for ESAP purposes was the price on 1st October 2011, (the beginning of the Period) which was 200p.

Following the purchases, the following Directors of the Company have the following interests in the Company's issued share capital:
