                      Pursuit Dynamics plc (the 'Company')

                               Additional Listing

Pursuit Dynamics plc announces that 30,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the
'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise of
options by an employee of the Company pursuant to the Pursuit Dynamics Share
Option Plan 2001.  The New Ordinary Shares were exercised at 35.5p per share.


Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari
passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market
of the London Stock Exchange, and admission is expected to take place at 8a.m.
on Tuesday 20 January 2004.
