As  at the close of  business on 31 May 2010, the  estimated Net Asset Value per 
ordinary  share ("NAV per share") of  the Company was 39.91p.  This represents a 
loss  of 1.7 per cent on  the NAV per share  since 30 April 2010.  The estimated
