In accordance  with  Prospectus  Rule  5.2,  Puma  VCT  II  plc  (the
"Company")  announces  that  the   following  information  has   been
published or made available to the  public over the period since  its
last annual information update on 4 June 2007 up to and including  17
June 2008  in  compliance  with  laws  and  rules  dealing  with  the
regulation  of  securities,  issuers  of  securities  and  securities
markets.  Announcements  made  by   the  Company  via  a   Regulatory
Information Service can be downloaded from the London Stock  Exchange
website, www.londonstockexchange.com.  Copies of documents  submitted
to the UKLA's Document  Viewing Facility can  be obtained on  request
