Trading Update 
 
 
The Directors of Pubs 'n' Bars, the community public house owner and operator 
announce that it has terminated the leasehold agreement in connection with the 
Ivy House, 8-10 Southampton Row, London, WC1B 4AE. 
 
 
The landlord had served notice to terminate the lease due to the planned 
development of Crossrail. Nil compensation was paid. The Group had written its 
value down to GBPnil at the 2008 year end valuations. 
 
 
As a result of this transaction, the Group now operates 105 pubs
