                                Issue of Equity
                          Appointment of Financial PR

Pubs 'n' Bars, the AIM quoted community pub owner and operator, has today issued
155,000 Ordinary Shares of 20p each at  par ("Ordinary Shares") to Rivington
Street Holdings Ltd as consideration for corporate services.  The Ordinary
Shares  will be subject to a 12 month lock-in from the date of admission.

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM and these new shares are expected to  be admitted on 9 May 2008.

Following admission, the Company will have 39,983,358 Ordinary Shares in issue,
all of which carry voting rights.  This  figure may be used by shareholders of
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or change their interest in,
the ordinary share capital of the  Company.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has employed the services of
Bishopsgate Communications Ltd. as its retained Financial PR adviser.
Bishopsgate will seek to raise awareness of the Company amongst the financial
media and the wider investment community.
