and operator announces that Seamus Murphy, Non-Executive Chairman, has today 
resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect on the grounds of 
ill health. 
 
 
Mr Keith Chapman, Non-Executive Director will become the Non-Executive Chairman 
of the Company.
