Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Pubs 'n' Bars, the community public house owner and operator (AIM:
PNB), announces that it received notification on 21 January 2009 from Mr Seamus
Murphy, Non-Executive Chairman, that he has pledged 1.5 million shares of his
personal holding in the Company to Allied Irish Bank as security via a personal
guarantee over a personal loan.
