23/4/2006 11:27 | there was a tips share sheet which reversed their recommendation, that triggered a sell off. during the bear run on this stock the management put out rns, which whilst factually accurate, were in the "my pots half empty and might get worse" tone, rather than "pots half full and it could get better". this share price is where the management want it, and will only rise when the management see some benefit in it doing so (e.g. their share options get rebased). all imnvho. the best news this stock could have is that the options have been rebased. everything follows from there. at the current price with the options they have, the management could understandably be expected to say sod this lets do an mbo and shareholders will be lucky to see an uplift even close to £1.40. if the share options are rebased they could understansably be expected to say lets go forit. look at QTA - half the profit, no market leading businesses, and literally 5 x the price. it shows what the company could be worth. the management have to be paid to get it there. | amberspyglass
23/4/2006 10:31 | As I see it the reasons the share price plummetting were; 1. Profit warning 2. Vicious circle of earn outs and falling SP 3. Negotiations with banks. Never taken well by the market. 4. Level of debt. The first £2m is due to Kellis by the end of next week and the AGM the following week so hopefully the first 3 issues should be sorted within 10 days or so. Hopefully there should then be an update from the broker who hasn't been able to do much till the share situation is resolved. Given the optimistic tones from the company I would expect an upward profit revision. If all goes according to plan then we should be in for an interesting time. At these levels I feel it is undervalued even if the bank negotiations go awry. The FD was also away on holiday last week which I took as a good sign as far as the bank negotiations were concerned. I think all the details have been sorted. The debt will still be there of course but it is covered nearly 6X and with good cash flow should become less of a problem. We shall see. | kimboy2
22/4/2006 22:39 | It is a fairly recent quote and was confirmed to me by the company as being current. | kimboy2
22/4/2006 21:39 | Many thanks. Although there is no date as to when that was posted it certainly looks encouraging. Don't think it would take too much to send this back to 130p. | stemis
22/4/2006 19:07 | Have picked up a few of these, having read Kimboy's post on TMF - don't worry I won't hold it against you if it all goes wrong :-) Just one question However on the website it says; "Trading in the current year is ahead of budget, margins are robust and demand in education, health and social care are strong." I can't see that quote; where exactly is it? | stemis
21/4/2006 21:13 | warm breeze thinks csv is overvalued too. now it might be, but given as it has the best management team out there... thats unlikely. not in favour, but... if you find the recruitment company barmy wheeze has not slated you will find out who he represents (or she or it) hlo? now there is a company that could teach PUG a thing or two about pr... | amberspyglass
21/4/2006 14:47 | Yes, my comments will be on there shortly! | stemis
21/4/2006 14:38 | Hello... Kimboy2, may I congratulate you on a terrific post elsewhere. For those unaware, here it is: Excellent stuff which on first reading I can't find fault with! | rivaldo
21/4/2006 09:33 | A warm breeze... why do you think this is over-valued? Give some reasoning or your opinion counts for nothing. | cloudfall
21/4/2006 07:49 | "Is anyone going who will be able to report back?" Yes | david77
20/4/2006 22:57 | AGM is 3rd May presumably in London. Is anyone going who will be able to report back? | kimboy2
19/4/2006 23:27 | Over-valued and heading down much lower! | a warm breeze
19/4/2006 23:24 | NAPRACC - 19 Apr'06 - 22:10 - 3316 of 3318 Just ignore Haystack guys. Anybody that attempts to deramp on over 40 stocks simultaneously is mentally deranged and beneath contempt. | guru11
19/4/2006 09:29 | About time they said something in response to all the NHS job cuts. I don't actually think they'll be that affected and perversely, I think it might actually generate them more work. In any case, sentiment counts for a lot and the company needs to address concerns people have. | cloudfall
18/4/2006 21:45 | About time they said something about financing the earn outs I think. They have to say something by the 28th April. It would be interesting to know what is holding it up. | kimboy2
18/4/2006 16:27 | still holding mine from 40p, cant say im too happy with the performance but im in it for med term | pictureframe
18/4/2006 16:26 | cloudy- with a NMS of 2000 it should be expected to move the price, i just wonder if the seller/overhang is still around | empirestate
18/4/2006 12:17 | Amazing that a £10k purchase can push this up a few %. | cloudfall
18/4/2006 11:57 | There's the reason - 30,510 shares bought at 32p. It doesn't take much to move the price, so any good news should see a decent reward. | rivaldo
18/4/2006 09:24 | Well I wonder if this slight move upwards is on the back of the positive coverage of Healthcare Locums over the weekend, or because the new facility has finally been approved and someone has got wind of it. | cloudfall
16/4/2006 21:58 | yeah thats a real funny one. its preety enthusiastic. if pug employed a quarter of the nounce that hlo show when it comes to financial pr the share price might be a bit higher. | amberspyglass
16/4/2006 19:49 | Tip today in the Business Telegraph for Healthcare Locums. | kimboy2
10/4/2006 09:31 | amber. Blimey, could you use some more emotive language please? ;-) You think it's playing dead for a reason? | cloudfall |
